What we collect and what we do with it

Short version: this site has no forms, so it collects almost nothing. What you tell us on a call is used to run your job and nothing else.

  • No forms on this site
  • No data sold, ever
  • Deletion on request

Short answer

This site has no contact forms, so it does not collect names, emails or phone numbers from visitors. Standard web server logs record requests. Information you give us on a phone call is used to schedule and perform your service, and is never sold.

What this website collects

No forms means no submitted personal information. Like nearly all websites, the hosting server keeps standard request logs, which may include an IP address, a browser type and the pages requested. Those logs exist for security and troubleshooting.

Maps on this site are click-to-load, so nothing is requested from a mapping provider until you choose to load one. That is deliberate: it keeps third-party requests off the page for people who never touch them.

What a phone call collects

When you call to book work, we take what the job needs: your name, the service address, a contact number and a description of the problem. That is used to schedule the visit, perform the work, and keep a record of what was done at your property.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and that will be respected.

What we never do

  • Sell or rent your information to anyone
  • Share it with marketing companies or lead brokers
  • Add you to a mailing list you did not ask for
  • Pass service details to anyone other than people involved in doing the work

When information is shared

Three narrow cases. People doing your job need the address and the details. If an after-hours surge means another vetted local company handles your visit, they need enough to reach you and do the work. And we comply with lawful requests where we are legally required to.

Asking for deletion or a copy

California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, and ask for it to be deleted. Call (669) 369-0489 and say that is what you want. We may need to keep records tied to completed work where law or warranty obligations require it, and we will tell you if that applies to your request.

Changes to this page

If this changes, the updated date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, which is rather the point.
