Short answer
This site provides information about services Bug Bashers Pest Control performs. Quotes are given after an inspection and in writing. Calling us is consent to be contacted about your job. Calls may be recorded. If every technician is out, a visit may be passed to another vetted local company, and you would be told.
About this site
Everything here describes services we perform. Published cost ranges from public sources are included on some pages for planning and are labelled as such; they are not quotes and nothing on this site is an offer or a binding price.
Pest control outcomes depend on the structure, the species, the conditions and what happens after we leave, so information here is general guidance rather than a guarantee about your property.
Quotes and scheduling
- Quotes are given after someone has seen the property, in writing, with the scope itemized
- Prices quoted cover the scope described; conditions discovered after work starts are discussed before anything extra is done
- Appointment windows are scheduled in good faith and can shift when urgent work comes in; you get a call if your window moves
- Where a follow-up visit is part of a job, it is included in the quoted price rather than billed later
Contact and consent
Calling the number on this site is consent for us to contact you back about that inquiry, by phone or text, using the number you called from or gave us. That consent covers your job, not marketing, and you can withdraw it by telling us.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Tell us at the start of a call if you would rather not be recorded.
When a visit is forwarded
Our own crews handle the work booked through this site. On the rare occasion a surge or an after-hours call finds every technician already out, we may pass your visit to another vetted local pest company so you are not left waiting. If that happens you will be told at the time, and rates, scheduling and terms may differ between companies, so confirm the scope and the price directly with whoever ends up doing the work.
Your part
- Give access to the areas needing work, including crawl spaces, attics and gated yards
- Tell us about pets, allergies, medical sensitivities and anyone in the household who needs special care
- Complete any preparation steps supplied in writing; unprepared units and rooms waste the visit
- Follow re-entry timing given on the day
Limits
We do not control what happens to a structure after we leave. New entry points opened by a remodel or a roof repair, landscaping changes, neighboring infestations and untreated adjoining units can all reintroduce a problem, and those are outside the scope of a completed job.
Nothing here limits rights you have under California consumer law.

Changes
These terms can change, and the updated date at the top moves when they do. The version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that job.
